1st and 2nd Year Hispanic/Latinx students: Apply Here by Nov. 3rd at 11:59PM

The Latinx Leadership Institute (LLI) is a new initiative formed by Latinx student leaders at the University of Virginia. This program is sponsored by the Multicultural Student Services under the Office of the Dean of Students. LLI consists of a six-week leadership development program for Hispanic/Latinx first and second year students.

This program seeks to enhance professional skills, build understanding of various Latinx cultures, and to develop leadership potential into action. LLI hopes to form strong bonds among participants, and to connect them to active Latinx student leaders and esteemed faculty. In addition, LLI aims to empower students to pursue and maximize any opportunity that interests them at UVa. The Latinx Leadership Institute is the first and only Hispanic/Latinx leadership development program at the University and is excited to launch its first cohort experience in the upcoming spring.
